Nous sommes souvent confrontés à ces pannes domestiques qui
surviennent sans prévenir. Et ce n’est jamais facile de trouver un artisan
disponible et à proximité. Comment remédier à ce problème ?

Hypothèse
• En dépit de ses nombreux prestataires qui existent en nombre.
Une application qui va tenter d’organiser ce marché de travail, en mettant en
relation clients et artisans, dans un cadre sécurisé et transparent pourrait
très bien régler ce problème.

• Pour y remédier. On va rechercher des artisans sur les réseaux

sociaux mais cela va prendre beaucoup de temps à les trouver à proximité de
chez soi.

• Faire appel à ses connaissances pour trouver des artisan qu’ils

connaissent mais ne sont pas tout le temps disponible.

une mise en relation entre des artisans proches de
chez vous et vous pour des travaux d’urgence ou
devis.

disponible !
 Le fonctionnement :

HERFA géolocalise l’utilisateur sur Google map.

Il choisit alors le corps de métier dont il a besoin : plombiers-
chauffagistes, électriciens, serruriers, techniciens en
climatisation et frigoristes. Apparaît alors, sur Google map, les
artisans sélectionnés proches de l’adresse des travaux de
l’utilisateur.
Ce dernier rempli la description de son problème. La demande
d’intervention est alors envoyée sous forme de SMS aux
artisans les plus proches qui n’ont plus qu’à répondre pour
intervenir.
Suite à l’intervention, le client peut évaluer le travail de
l’artisan et le partager avec les autres utilisateurs.

 Du point de vue de l’utilisateur :

Tout d’abord, les demandes d’intervention en urgence sont la

part la plus importante des demandes de travaux faites auprès
des artisans. La part des demandes d’interventions d’urgences
est estimée à 55-60% des appels d’un artisan plombier-
chauffagiste. Bien souvent, cette demande ne trouve pas de
réponse à cause de l’emploi du temps des artisans. Alors, toute
la question réside dans le fait de trouver l’artisan disponible.
Effectivement, HERFA, en dispatchant ses demandes
d’interventions travaux par SMS aux artisans les plus proches
de chez soi permet de réaliser une première prise de contact.
Les artisans disponibles pour une intervention n’ont plus
qu’alors à se manifester par leur réponse en rappelant le
client.
 Du point de vue de l’artisan :

L’artisan reçoit des demandes d’interventions pour des

travaux à proximité de son siège social. Les demandes
sont géolocalisées et il connaît l’adresse exacte. Il gagne
du temps et de l’argent en rationalisant ses
déplacements en ayant des demandes travaux vraiment
à proximité. Bref, il a tout à y gagner.
Contactés par SMS, les artisans prennent note de la
description du problème. Ils ne sont pas dérangés
incessamment par des appels sur leur téléphone ou des
messages répondeur, pour une première prise de contact
et direct à l’essentiel : une description de la demande
d’intervention, l’adresse et le numéro de téléphone.
L’artisan prend ou ne prend pas.

Comment on va gagner de
l’argent
Totalement gratuite pour l’utilisateur, HERFA coûte un abonnement de 8000 DA
à l’année pour l’artisan.
Cet abonnement lui donne droit de se déclarer disponible ou non, selon ses
besoins et son emploi du temps, et d’être prioritaire sur les demandes
d’interventions collectées par HERFA.
Notre service est ouvert dans les plus grandes villes d’Algérie : Alger la capitale,
Constantine et ses environs, Annaba le centre industrielle du pays et Oran
avec ses 610 000 habitants.
Pour nos amis du Sud, on a rajouté Ghardaïa et Tindouf.

« HERFA », une solution pour les professions libérales

L’objectif de l’application sur le long terme est d’organiser ces métiers libéraux. Il
explique que ces artisans sont souvent « recommandés » et que c’est le « bouche à
oreille » qui régit leur métier, alors qu’il y a une forte demande de ces services. À
travers cette mise en relation, l’application permet à chaque artisan d’avoir un réseau
de clients.

C’est aussi une solution pour des chômeurs ou étudiants qui cherchent des jobs. Ils
peuvent trouver des opportunités de travail. Les demandes sont variées et parfois
improbables. On ne s’imagine pas qu’une personne puisse chercher qui peut garder
son animal domestique et pourtant c’est un besoin qui existe et qui peut être
handicapant. D’autres services et métiers seront proposés à l’avenir .

HEMAD est un employé âgé de 42 ans père de famille qui habite à Alger et qui a un
revenu de 100000 da. HEMAD fait rarement ses travaux à domicile car il passe la
plupart de son temps en dehors de la maison a causse du travail et pour régler cela il
fait appel à des artisans de son voisinage mais des fois ils sont pas disponibles. Il
aimerait bien pourvoir trouve des artison à sa disposition et pour cela il trouve que
notre application vas vraiment l’aider.

MOUHANED est un jeune étudiant âgé de 21 ans en informatique, il a beaucoup de
potentiel dans son domaine et cherche à exploiter ses connaissances pour travailler
en parallèle avec ses études et gagner de l’argent. Il trouve qu’une application
comme la nôtre va beaucoup l’aider et lui éviter de chercher a chaque fois des
travaux à faire.

Grâce au web, les start-up ont aujourd’hui la possibilité de s’adresser très rapidement à de gros
marchés. Un nouveau produit ou service innovant peut donc rapidement toucher une clientèle
importante, et donc générer une forte croissance.
Le M-Commerce (mobile commerce), est tous types d’achat effectué sur un site de commerce en
ligne avec un appareil mobile (smartphones et tablettes). Il offre donc la possibilité d’acheter ou de
vendre un produit, ou un service par un appareil mobile. Pour expliquer la différence entre le m-
commerce et le e-commerce, le e-commerce désigne toutes les transactions effectuées sur
Internet, le m-commerce est donc une catégorie ou une tendance du e-commerce.
Afin d’effectuer le M-commerce, l’entreprise doit déployer des moyens, qu’elle soit une start-up ou,
une entreprise physique, elle doit remplir les conditions suivantes :
•Avoir une application mobile dédiée à son projet.
•Si elle a déjà un site, elle doit avoir une version mobile du site, de telle sorte que

•Construire son site de manière responsive, le design du site est alors adapté automatiquement
selon la taille de l’écran.

•La dimension cognitive : cette dimension prend en compte, l’acquisition des connaissances, et la

HERFA s’est basée sur l’analyse de l’expérience client digitale, son but
est de savoir comment le digital et les nouvelles technologies, ont
impactés l’expérience client. La transformation digitale impacte
directement l’expérience client. Car les technologies du numérique
bouleversent tous les processus, qui doivent donc s’adapter pour que
l’expérience client reste satisfaisante. Les clients ont des attentes
élevées en matière de qualité de service, ce qui rend cruciale
l’amélioration de la capacité de l’entreprise à proposer des expériences
clients digitales de grande qualité. Le manque de cohérence, entraînera
une frustration chez le client et mine sa fidélité, ce qui se traduira dans
l’ensemble de l’expérience client digital
