Order n° 50921 - 3B
Following our phone conversation, I am writing in connection with my order n° 50921 -3B which arrived this morning. Some of
the goods we have received were spoilt. Indeed, five pallets were substantially damaged because of water ingress. The wooden
toys and decorative objects initially destoned to kids and teenagers are unfortunately unsellable.
Let me remind you that Dutch Wooden Toys is liable pursuant to our selling agreement, stating that goods are to be DDP
(Delivered Duty Paid) to Plaisir.
The damaged merchandise remain at the insurance valuer once you’ll have contacted the insurance company, as it is your
responsibility.
I would also be grateful for you to choose a different freight carrier since this was not the first incident.
Considering that Christmas shopping has already started and that consumers are getting quite impatient, I must ask you to
please replace the faulty goods as soon as possible.
