Fondamentalement, la normalisation se concentre sur la normalisation des

Quels sont les processus requis par ISO 9001 ?
ISO 9001:2015 exige expressément au chapitre 4.4 que les
entreprises doivent seulement déterminer et décrire les processus
requis pour le système QM. En tant que processus pertinents pour le
système QM, au moins tous les processus à valeur ajoutée doivent
être intitulés.
Quels éléments caractérisent un processus ?
Un processus a un propriétaire de processus clair (gestionnaire de
processus). Il se caractérise par une entrée définie et une sortie
