Auparavant, la puissance des
grandes entreprises était basée
sur leur taille et leur capacité
financière. En effet, les plus
grands mangeaient les petits.
Maintenant ce sont les plus
rapides qui absorbent les plus
lents et cela concerne les
startups.
 Définition
La start-up, ou littéralement “entreprise qui démarre”, se définit comme étant une jeune
entreprise innovante notamment dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies. La start-up est à
la recherche d’un développement démultiplié via l’apport d’innovations et de levées de fonds
importantes.

Le nom start-up vient du verbe anglais « to start up ». D’origine américaine, cette jeune
entreprise au concept innovant se démarque des autres formes juridiques de société. En effet,
elle dispose d’un potentiel de croissance élevé et d’une envie d’imposer un produit sur une idée
unique sur le marché.
 Distinction entre entreprise et startup

La startup est une entreprise ayant été créée

récemment et qui évolue dans le secteur des
nouvelles technologies à fort potentiel de
croissance. L'entreprise classique, quant à elle, est
une structure destinée à concevoir, à assurer la
fabrication et la commercialisation de produits.

La différence fondamentale est qu'une entreprise est

organisée pour exécuter et optimiser un Business Model
qui fonctionne et en tire un maximum de profit pour
supporter ses coûts et rémunérer ses actionnaires. Alors
qu'une startup est organisée pour en trouver son business
model, l'expérimenter et tester son marché.

d'information et des télécommunications en Tunisie ainsi
que de la rareté des recherches sur l'intention
d'entreprendre des ingénieurs en nouvelles technologies,
ce travail a tenté, dans une démarche hypothético-
déductive, d'identifier quels sont les facteurs
environnementaux qui ont une influence sur l'intention
de créer une start-up.
