Richtwerte fr Luftmengenbedarf bis 100C Lufttemperatur im Schacht. Flanschabmessungen fr Ansauggeschwindigkeit

von 1,5 - 2,0 m/s; Rohrquerschnitt fr 15 m/s Luftgeschwindigkeit. Fr geschlossene Transportsysteme (Becherwerk mit
Luftrinnen) wird empfohlen, den Entstaubungsanschlu 10 m unter dem Kopf und 10 m ber dem Fu anzuordnen. So
erreicht man einen optimalen Unterdruck im Schacht.
Standard values for an air quantity requirement up to an air temperature of 100C in the casing. Flange dimensions for a
suction velocity of 1,5 - 2,0 m/s; pipe cross section for an air velocity of 15 m/s. For closed transport systems (bucket
elevator with air slide) we recommend to arrange the dedusting flange 10 m below the head and 10 m above the boot.
This creates the desired negative pressure in the casing.
Debits dair conseills jusqu une temprature dair de 100C dans la gaine. Dimensions des brides pour une vitesse
daspiration de 1,5 - 2,0 m/s; section de tube pour une vitesse dair de 1,5 m/s. Pour les systmes de transport ferms
(lvateur godets avec aeroglissieres) il est conseill de disposer les ouvertures de dpoussirage 10 m en dessus de
la tte et 10 m au-dessus du pied. Ceci cre la dpression souhaite dans la gaine.
