Oui, il y a longtemps que j'avais besoin d'aimer, physiquement et mental. Un des temps
était quand le COVID-19 est arrivé au Canada. Toute chose dans ma vie a changé. Mon
sport eté pause. Les sports ont été une très grande partie de ma vie, mais je ne peux pas
jouer. Aussi l'école avec COVID-19 a beaucoup. Tous les cours ont été sur votre
ordinateur. L'école en ligne n'est pas une bonne expérience pour moi. J’ai pu être pas
concentré, très facile. J’ai adapté ça en enlevant les choses dans ma chambre qui peuvent
me détourner de mon travail. Aussi parfois je bougé d’un autre espace avec pas de chose
qui peut me détourner. Pour le sport je vais juste aller au parc avec mon ami pratiquer et
aussi j’ai pratiqué à ma maison.
Je pense qu'un des regrets que Maryam a et qu' elle était très silencieuse
quand elle bouge. Je pense que si elle parle plus, elle pourrait se créer des
amis plus vite. Je pense aussi si elle dit à un parent ou un professeur, qu'elle
était qui a du mal et qu'elle avait besoin d‘aide. Si elle demande pour l’aide
avec la langue et la nourriture et plus, je pense qu’elle a beaucoup moins de
stress.
