 Introduction:

Depuis les années 1990, le Maroc a mis en œuvre des efforts importants
dans le cadre de l'amélioration de l'environnement des investissements ainsi
que les politiques visant la séduction des firmes internationales. Certes, sur
le niveau global, l'amélioration de l’attractivité de l'économie et la mobilisation
de l'investissement direct étranger est considéré l'un des éléments essentiels
et primordiales de la stratégie de croissance et d'intégration au jeu
économique.
Axe 1: le cadre conceptuel
 I. La notion des IDE

les IDE également appelés investissements directs

internationaux (IDI), sont les mouvements
internationaux de capitaux réalisés pour créer,
développer ou maintenir une filiale à l’étranger ou
pour exercer le contrôle ou une influence
significative sur la gestion d'une entreprise
 étrangère.
 II. Les IDE au Maroc
1) La politique d’attraction des IDE

Les efforts fournis par le Maroc pour faciliter les procédures aux investisseurs

 Un cadre institutionnel et légal incitatif ; 

 Une approche territoriale de promotion ; 

 Une approche sectorielle ciblant les délocalisations ;

 Des mécanismes d’aide spécifiques de l’État.

 Une grande stabilité politique et un système politique démocratique ;

 Un arrimage fort à l’Europe doublé d’une proximité des marchés et des

centres de décision européens ;

 La disponibilité et le coût modéré de la main d’œuvre ;

 Une évolution favorable du taux de croissance ;

 Un environnement macro-économique sain ;

 Une politique économique plus ciblée avec des stratégies sectorielles ;

mis en place les instruments législatifs et réglementaires nécessaires au fonctionnement
