Puffins collect and eat small fish, zooplankton and crustaceans. They never eat meat. Atlantic Puffins often nest in burrows on grassy cliffs. They sometimes nest amongst rocks. They lay one egg each year, and incubation responsibilities are shared between both parents. Total incubation time is around 3945 days, and the baby puffin takes about 49 days to fledge, and then it flies away above the ocean.
