1 - QUALITE 1- POSITION

Subject to passing his annual medical visit, the
Ship owner hereby employs the Seafarer in his
capa city as ENGINEER to serve on board of
the tugs of the S.NR.H. in accordance with the
terms and conditions stipulated in the present
contract. See Appendix 1 for key tasks.

2 - DUREE DU CONTRAT: 2 - DURA TlON OF CONTRA CT:

Le présent contrat est conclu pour une durée
indéterminée à compter du 03 mai 2006.
En conséquence, chacune des deux parties
aura la faculté d'y mettre fin à tout moment, à
charge de respecter les règles de procédures
légales et conventionnelles et notamment de
prévenir l'autre de son intention à cet égard
par lettre recommandée avec accusé de
réception au moins 1 (un) mois à l'avance si

3- PERIODE D'ESSAI
La période d'essai est conclue pour une durée
de 2 (deux) mois renouvelable une fois au
cours de laquelle chacune des parties pourra y
mettre fin sans délai de préavis.
4- SALAIRE
La société rémunérera les services du Marin
sur la base forfaitaire brute mensuelle de 3400
€ (trois mille quatre cents euros) sur 14 mois
pour la fonction de CHEF MECANICIEN. Les
heures de travail su pplémentaires entre 1600
et 1820 par an sont com prises dans la
rémunération brute ci dessus mentionnée. Voir
les spécifications sur la durée du travail dans
le Règlement Intérieur.
Le salaire sera réglé par virement au plus tard
le 5 du mois suivant. Les 2 mois de salaire
additionnels seront payés pour moitié en Mai
et le solde en Décembre.
5-EMBARQUEMENT-DEBARQUEMENT
La date d'embarquement est constituée par la
date d'arrivée à bord.
La date de débarquement est constituée par la
date où le Marin quitte le navire.
Les voyages seront effectués par train 2de
classe ou autres moyens de transport collectif.
Les autres frais relatifs à l'embarquement et au
débarquement seront avec accord préalable
de l'Armateur remboursés sur justificatifs.
En cas de rupture du contrat du fait du Marin,
les frais de débarquement restent à la charge
de ce dernier. En cas de déplacement de son
domicile au lieu d'embarquement avec le
véhicule personnel du Marin, les frais
kilométriques seront remboursés sur la base
d'un forfait de 0,18 € Ikm.
6-CONGES
Le nombre de congés acquis par mois
d'embarquement est de 30 (trente) jours.
Par période d'embarquement inférieure à
trente jours, les congés seront calculés au
prorata de la dite période et pris à l'issue de
celle ci.

3 - PROBA TIONARY PERIOD
The probationary period shall last 2 (two)
months and shall be renewable once, during
which time each party hereto shall be entit/ed
to terminate same without any period of notice.
4-SALARY
The company shall remunerate the services of
the Seafarer with a basic gross monthly salary
of 3400 € (three thousand four hundred euros)
over 14 months for the duties and
responsibilities of ENGINEER. Extra working
hours (overtime) from 1600 till 1820 per year
are included. For specification of working hours
see the document Règlement Intérieur.
The salary shall be paid by bank transfer at the
latest on the Sh of the following month. The 2
extra month will be paid half in May and half in
December.
5 - EMBARKA TlON - DISEMBARKA TION
The date of embarkation is determined by the
date of arrivaI on board.
The date of disembarkation is determined by
the date the Seafarer leaves the ship.
Any transportation will be done by train 2nd
class or any other collective transport mean.
Other expenses regarding embarkation or
disembarkation and pre-agreed with the Ship
owner will be reimbursed against voucher.
ln case of termination of the contract by the
Seafarer, ail costs of disembarkation will
remain for the account of the Se a farer. In case
the Seafarer uses his own/personal
transportation means to go from his domicile to
the place of embarkation, expenses per
kilometer will be reimbursed based on 0,18
€/km.
6-DAYS-OFF
The amount of leave acquired per month of
embarkation is 30 (thirty) days.
For each period of embarkation of less than
thirty days, leave will be calculated in
proportion to the aforementioned period and 1

9 - PORTEE JURIDIQUE: 9-LEGAL
