Chaque année, une entreprise responsable définit et met en œuvre une stratégie
RSO qu’elle doit pouvoir valoriser en interne et en externe = une « obligation de
résultats » à court terme qui pousse certaines entreprises à formuler des
plans d’actions peu ambitieux et excluant les actions difficiles à mettre en
œuvre (peu « rentables » à court terme). Par exemple, il est souvent plus facile
de baisser ses consommations d’eau que de régler les problèmes de bien-être au
travail.
