(sinon ce sera la guerre des egos). Vous allez tomber
sur des gens qui doivent devenir comme vous et qui
ne le sont pas encore. Donc arrêtez de rechercher vos
semblables. Il faudra s’assembler avec des gens, former
une équipe avec eux, partager les mêmes idéaux peut-
être, cheminer ensemble, parler le même langage, avoir
les mêmes intérêts et progressivement se ressembler.

Tout le monde aime faire partir des gens qui ont marqué
l’histoire. J’ai toujours été impressionné par l’énergie
et la détermination que les petites équipes mettent
dans leur qualification ou leur participation à une
compétition internationale. Il y a toujours une énergie et
une détermination différente surtout lorsque les joueurs
savent qu’ils sont en train de créer de l’histoire, qu’ils vont
réaliser quelque chose d’unique pour la première fois.

Ne soyez pas choqué si je vous dis que j’ai déjà brisé des
rêves. C’est-à-dire qu’il y a des gens qui sont venus à moi
parce que je leur avais offert l’opportunité de réaliser
leurs rêves. En général, le prix à payer était trop élevé pour
eux et pour moi. Nous n’avons pas tenu bon ensemble.
Mais pour ceux qui ont tenu bon, l’opportunité reste
d’actualité. J’essaie moins de motiver les gens mais je
sais leur dire qu’il y a de grosses opportunités de réussir
ensemble et le réaliser de plus en plus cette opportunité
pour eux. Je travaille à motiver moins avec ma bouche
qu’avec les résultats et l’offre d’opportunité.

Une fois que j’ai cette discipline, il est facile pour moi
d’obliger mes équipes à avoir de la discipline également.
Je suis d’une certaine façon tolérant, je l’avoue. Mais je
pousse le bout très loin que les gens ont honte de ne
pas pouvoir faire le dixième du chemin.
