RÉSUMÉ
Démonstration est faite du grand intérêt de l’auto-transplantation des prémolaires dans la
région antérieure, en cas de perte d’incisives.
Le cas présenté montre le résultat d’un plan de traitement complexe, coordonnant de
manière raisonnée le traitement de l’urgence traumatique, le traitement chirurgical et le trai-
tement orthodontique, tout en se ménageant la possibilité d’utiliser une prémolaire cryocon-
servée pour le cas où une des dents touchées par le choc aurait été perdue ultérieurement.
Cette méthode peut s’avérer d’un immense intérêt si l’on pose correctement les indications,
si l’on respecte scrupuleusement le protocole chirurgical et si l’on maîtrise une technique
orthodontique adaptée.
Ses résultats à long terme sont très encourageants.

Treatment of tooth loss in the anterior region with autotransplantation of premolars: The
value of autotransplantation of premolars to the anterior region is demonstrated. The treatment
